In 2011, at the initiative of our partner, director and founder, Juan Manuel Guerrero Melo, we accept the challenge to advise on labor issues and social security national companies, multinationals and multinationals, whom we consider the engine of the economy and progress in the country. Since then, when we arrived at the legal market under the G & G Asesores Laborales brand, which in 2016 became into Guerrero & Asociados Asesores Laborales, we are experts in issues related to labor law and social security.

It is this decision that has allowed us not only to be recognized in our area and in the inexhaustible legal market, but also to provide our clients with practical and innovative solutions that share their strategic vision and speak the same language of their business.

Our vision of the future has also allowed us to be a key player in two of the most important cases of Labor Law in the country, thus ratifying the excellence of our work. In 2017, we participated as advisers to the National Government, through the Ministry of Education, in the collective bargaining process with the Federación Colombiana de Trabajadores de la Educación (Fecode). Juan Manuel Guerrero is also an advisor to Avianca S.A. in the collective work conflict with the Asociación Colombiana de Aviadores Civiles (ACDAC).
